Who Are We?

We are a partnership of the Infant, Junior, Primary, Special Secondary and Secondary Schools in and around the Cranleigh area with the aim of providing Extended Services across the schools and within the community.  With the recent change in Government, some of the aims of the Extended Services agenda have now changed, however the schools remain committed to working in partnership for the many benefits this offers to pupils, staff and local families.

Extended Services are a range of services and activities provided for children, their families and the wider community during and outside the school day in a local area.  More information on Extended Services (previously known as Extended Schools), with a range of case studies, can be found in this supplement from the Teacher Development Agency (TDA).

Cranfold Confederation works in partnership with all the local groups or agencies that are already providing services and, where there is a need or demand, provide access to additional services as required.

Our aim is to provide access to an exciting range of learning opportunities within our community that extend beyond the traditional school day as well as sharing the resources, facilities and expertise within the Confederation schools.
